Returns & support

To request a return, email 1@milerong.cn or reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and describe the issue.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer and original delivery charges are not refunded.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the return address and instructions for your order. Do not return items to the address on the shipping label without approval.
