Returns and support
To request a return, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging; return postage is paid by the buyer and original delivery charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the return instructions. Do not return items to the address on the shipping label without approval.
